Back in La Ceiba

I'm now back in La Ceiba again. Tomorrow I'll be heading off deep into the virgin jungle so I'll be out of touch for a week or so.

I thought I'd leave you with a picture of the kind of luxury that I had in Tela, hot showers! And possible the safest shower I've been in so far.
